A reference project of the best urban commercial experiences, through a network that facilitates its improvement, positioning and projection.
In 2022 and later in 2023 at the initiative of two institutions (Barcelona Oberta, an entity that represents the union of Barcelona’s commercial and tourist areas and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation), a specific project was developed for the improvement of urban commercial areas (financing from the Secretariat of State of Commerce of the Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, in addition to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union).
The work includes an action plan, which defines the mission, vision, values and actions for its positioning and promotion. During 2023, all marketing materials were developed, as well as the methodology for the treatment of these areas.

A noteworthy document is the Guide for areas of commercial excellence developed by Intueri Consulting, and which allows specifying the work axes of a commercial area, based on 5 areas of analysis and the assessment of their respective indicators.
The value of this project is in the innovation and creativity of a specific project for the improvement of urban commercial areas, which starts from scratch, and that in the end offers a brand, content and a specific work methodology..
