Sant Boi de Llobregat City Council is part of the state urban agenda as a pilot project, with an action plan that serves as good practice and transferable experience to other municipalities. This multi-level city governance document foresees the deployment of sectoral urban agendas, one of which is trade.
During 2022, Intueri Consulting developed the urban trade agenda. It is an innovative project in the approach of an action plan that contemplates a total of 64 measures for trade and territory based on the 2030 agenda and the objectives of sustainable development.
The value of this project lies in the methodological innovation that involves the approach of an action plan for commerce, based on its fit with a municipal planning and management instrument (the urban agenda). This project confirms to us how present trade is in many of the decisions taken at government level, as well as the incidence of sustainable development objectives in public management.
